Brand-new Shark cordless vacuum reduced by £180 in shock Cyber Monday deal

We’re suckers for a great cordless vacuum cleaner deal, and there’s plenty on offer in Shark’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale, from handhelds to upright vacuum cleaners.

The brand’s most recently launched model, the IZ300UKT Anti Hair Wrap Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, is one of the finest vacuum cleaners of its kind that we’ve tested. And it’s now £180 cheaper for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The rose gold model exclusive to Shark’s website is down from £430 to just £250.

We reviewed the Shark IZ300UKT recently, and gave it a four-star Recommended award. It introduces several smart new features, most notably the ‘PowerFins’ which are attached to the brush roller to help dig out dirt from carpets. This particular model also comes with a TruePet tool (a motorised head to be used in handheld mode for dealing with irritating pet hair) and a car detail kit.

The IZ300UKT performs very well on both carpeted and hard flooring, even beating some of its Dyson rivals such as the V15 Detect and the V11 Outsize. The vacuum cleaner’s anti hair wrap technology also keeps long hairs from getting stuck in the rollers, though the TruePet isn’t quite as effective in this respect.

Not only is the Shark IZ300UKT cordless stick vacuum a superb all-rounder when it comes to cleaning performance, but it also folds up handily for easy storage when you’re finished using it.

You can actually get the IZ300UKT for £229 from Amazon, but this comes without the TruePet head. If you have pets or stairs in your home, we found the TruePet head to be invaluable and well worth the extra £21. If you have neither, however, go for the Amazon deal instead.
