As a great many of us have been pushed into remote working situations, our flats and houses have had to become living spaces, offices, meeting rooms, classrooms and entertainment complexes, all in one, and all reliant on the electricity provided to us.
For some, this year has seen our energy suppliers buckle beneath the strain, the failings made apparent. For others, it has been a year when our energy providers have held up to the pressure of keeping our home and work lives in the air.
With the future of work very much uncertain, and the prospect of our home energy supply continuing to be absolutely vital in the coming years, it’s a good time to take stock of which providers are holding their own, and which are leaving something to be desired. That’s why we’re asking you to give us your feedback on your energy supplier.
We want to know exactly what you think of your current energy provider, from customer support through to billing. Whether you’ve decided to swap your energy provider this year, or you’ve stuck it out with the same energy provider you’ve had for the past few years, we want to know how satisfied you’ve been.
